This notice is written to meet the requirements of India’s Digital Personal Data
Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”).

When you use a booking form on this website we collect:
We do not ask for or store payment card details, government identity numbers, or any of the categories the DPDP Act treats as requiring additional care, through this website.
If you continue the booking on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under their own privacy policy.
We do not use your details for marketing unless you have separately asked us to, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a booking form. Submitting the form means you agree to us contacting you about that booking.
You can withdraw that consent at any time by calling or emailing us using the contact details in section 1. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. If you withdraw it we will stop processing your data and delete it, unless we are required by law to keep a record of a completed journey.

These providers process data on our instructions only. We do not otherwise transfer your data outside India except as part of these providers’ normal operation.
Booking records are kept for CLIENT TO CONFIRM: retention period, e.g. 24 months after the journey, then deleted. Enquiries that never became bookings are deleted sooner. Under the DPDP Act we must erase personal data once the purpose it was collected for is served, unless a law requires us to keep it.
Booking records are held in Google Firebase with access rules that allow the public to submit a booking but only authorised Click Cabs staff to read one. Staff access requires an individual account and password. Our website is served over HTTPS.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act requires.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store a small amount of data locally to remember things like a dismissed offer banner; that stays on your device and is never sent to us.
